Join our Marketing team, as our Content Creator to bring our mission, culture, and expertise to life through captivating visual and audio content. We're seeking a versatile multi-skilled creative with strong video production skills, photography experience, and a solid grasp of other digital content to allow seamless collaboration with our marketing team to create impactful content. We want to keep our produced content as industry leading in our field. This full-time, permanent role is based at our stunning HQ in Bicester, with regular travel to our UK offices. A valid driver's licence and car with correct insurances are essential, and we reimburse all travel and mileage when you travel away from your main office location. Our Content Creator will be responsible for: Videography and Editing: High end professional video content that aligns with our Marketing strategy, in long, mid and short form. Landscape and Portrait, typically being posted on YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn. Create and pitch new ideas that are on brand and will show DM as expertise in our industry and demonstrate all we can offer to clients and colleagues. Take an idea from start to finished piece. You will be working on projects as diverse as company events, case studies and business lines, expertise videos, culture-based activities, e-learning and shooting on sites. Photography and Imagery Editing: Capture High end professional still imagery that aligns with our Marketing strategy, and is on brand. This may include people, sites, activities and events. Regular updating of colleague headshots as new starters arrive and current colleagues request. Maintain and develop an imagery folder for our colleagues to access images quick and easier for their needs, that are ready for use. Projects include advertisements, company events, case studies and business lines, colleague and client images, culture-based activities, e-learning and shooting on sites. Podcasting: Technically produce the U&I Podcast. This will involve episode scheduling, filming and audio recording, editing and publishing each episode. Editing short social media reels to give a taster of each episode to tie in with the launch of each episode and the social media schedule. Post / launch each episode to Spotify and Apple Podcasts currently using Acast, and YouTube in video format. Monitor and report back on analytics. And any other requirements that's the company deems necessary and within your skill sets. The successful candidate will be: Able to demonstrate a solid portfolio which includes capturing and editing content in both video and photo formats. A strong team player and able to collaborate within the Marketing team and the wider business. Be experienced in DSLR cameras, (Currently Sony R6) lighting equipment and editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop. We currently use Windows devices.) A solid understanding on the social media landscape, to be able to work closely with the social media manager. A skill to tell an engaging story in whatever format you are briefed on, whether that be video, photo or podcast. A self-starter with a vision and passion to grow their experience and demonstrate their current experience and bring new innovative ideas to the table. Strong communication and personal skills. The ability to organise and priorities multiple workloads and schedules. A bonus will be: Knowledge in colour correction and colour editing. Experience in supporting a company / organisation through re-branding, website design social media growth. Experience using Canva. Willingness to post content on their own LinkedIn account to help widen our exposure and demonstrate your personal growth within your network.
