As an Office / Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role providing: General Administration: Efficiently managing day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, emails, chasing payments, and typing / sending letters and bills to post out to customers Marketing Support: Assisting with our social media presence by creating engaging content and special offers, scheduling posts, photos and monitoring online communications Customer Service: Maintaining high standards of service through all communication channels including face to face, phone, email and social media. Proposing offers to existing customers and providing support with enquiries. For the Office / Marketing Assistant role, you will need: Previous experience working in an office environment IT and marketing skills, social media savvy with a creative flair for content creation Strong organisational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to adapt to change and be flexible to meet client needs This is a temporary position working on a seasonal basis (March to November) on a part time basis, 3 mornings per week.
