Head of Sales

We are working with an affordable housing developer looking for a Head of Sales to lead the sales function as the business expands. The business is renowned for delivering products of a high standard, with a multi-million pound portfolio of live and upcoming sites and have been acquiring schemes in the last 12 months.
You will be commercially minded, able to execute and lead on strategy. You will be responsible for the sales arm of the business, overseeing shared ownership and rental schemes across the South East and Midlands. On offer is a basic salary of £100,000 plus bonus.
You will be an expert in affordable housing, having worked for an RP/housing association and have unrivalled knowledge in shared ownership and rentals. It is critical you are well versed in getting agents to perform and achieve targets.
You will be a senior new homes sales professional having held a head of sales/sales director role in the affordable homes space. You will report into the Managing Director.
New homes sales experience at senior management level with a strong knowledge of shared ownership is essential to be considered.
Key requirements:
* Experience working with a housing association/RP is essential
* Knowledge of the affordable new homes property market is essential
* Experience managing agents
* Report writing skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategy
