RESEARCH MANAGER LOCATION - FARRINGDON | HYBRID (2 DAYS IN OFFICE, FLEXIBLE) SALARY - £40,000 - £42,000 BONUS NB - NO SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED THE COMPANY This is a high-tech consumer insights platform that helps brands track marketing effectiveness and brand equity, providing real-time competitive intelligence through subscription-based research products. The company is undergoing a rebrand to reflect its focus on driving brand growth and momentum. THE ROLE As a Research Manager, you will take full ownership of client accounts, delivering insightful brand tracking and competitive analysis. This role is highly client-facing, requiring strong storytelling skills to translate data into compelling narratives that help brands grow. You'll work on a 90% quantitative, 10% qualitative split, with AI-driven language models handling the qualitative data. This role does not involve lead generation, but there is an opportunity to upsell within existing accounts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage client accounts from start to finish, delivering insights and identifying upsell opportunities. Conduct quarterly brand reviews and competitor analysis using brand equity data. Present findings to clients, translating data into clear, compelling narratives. Work with quantitative and AI-driven qualitative insights to track brand performance. Collaborate closely with the UK and South Africa teams in a highly dynamic, startup environment. Some travel may be required. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3-4 years of experience in market research (agency background preferred). Brand experience and strong knowledge of brand equity tracking. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables required) and PowerPoint. SaaS experience is a plus, but not essential. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
