Job Summary
As the Practice continues to move towards becoming a paper light environment, the main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to summarise and read code relevant information into the Practice's clinical computer system.
Main Duties of the Job
1. Read and triage all correspondence received and file to patients notes without further action if appropriate or read code a diagnosis/operation and then file to a GP where any action is needed. This is done in accordance with the EZDoc Assignment Protocol.
2. Import electronic patient records.

We are a training practice with approximately 8800 patients with 4 GP Partners and a Clinical Pharmacist plus a Salaried GP and GP Trainees. We have a supportive Nursing Team and we also host Student Nurses and Apprentices.
We have a strong and flexible Reception and Admin team. The whole Practice Team works well together and we recognise that a supportive working environment is central to success for individuals and for the Practice.
