Job summary Accountable for: Management and delivery of the Children's and Young People's (CYP) Management Services for NHFT, ensuring high quality, effective and efficient care for patients in receipt of CYP Mental Health Services from the Trust. Delivery of integrated, seamless pathways across the Trust and partner organizations for patients primarily managed within the CYP Mental Health Services. Overall operational management of the CYP Mental Health Services: - o CAMHS Connect o Core CAMHS o CAMHS Crisis o Intensive Outreach Team o CAMHS Inpatient o Children's Eating Disorders Team o Paediatric Psychology There is significant change and investment across CYP Mental Health Services to reflect a landscape of rising referral numbers and levels of acuity. The joining up of Community CAMHS services/Crisis/Intensive Outreach and Inpatient has never been more vital. A key element of the role will be monitoring and responding to surges in all of the areas to ensure safe, effective and person-centered care throughout the CAMHS journey. Main duties of the job To ensure effective and mutually beneficial partnership working within the accountable areas, all other Trust services and with external stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and maximize the health outcomes of the populations/s served.
