Urgent requirement for a Clinical Lead to support clinical service delivery within this busy dynamic specialist Neurology Care and Rehab unit.
This is an exciting role where you will need to be highly credible from a clinical perspective - RGN with a current pin and experience of supporting Neurology services.
Whilst clinical experience is key this is not a front line clinical post - you will lead and support be be able to step in and action as and when required.
With an established track record in a similar post you will ideally have experience of delivery in relation to Neurology and ABI services. Here you will work within a leading private health provider and act as a key member of the senior clinical team.

The delivery of the highest standards of care is always a priority - so your ability to work closely with support staff at every level across clinical and support teams is key.
As the Clinical Lead you will have full day to day ownership of all elements related to quality, safe clinical care provision to the patients supported in the home or rehab services the organisation provides.
Ideally with at least 3 years experience in a similar role - your positive manner and empathetic leadership and management of the service will be key to your success in this post.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support providing strong leadership and by managing the day-to-day operations of the specialist clinical home and rehab service.
* Help the development and implementation of clinical care plans and additional rehab packages of care related to specific patient needs.
* Utilise your clinical background and core skills to support and provide leadership to clinical staff at all levels.
* Ensure compliance with health care regulations, CQC standards and associated regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.
* Help identify any training needs related to the team of health care professionals and associated care staff that could further enhance patient care
* Foster a positive, engaging environment for residents, staff, and families with clinical excellence being fundamental to everything you do
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed.
* Demonstrate a commitment to the organisations values and act in a highly professional manner at all times.
* Liaise with health care professionals, families, and external agencies to coordinate care and support.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, manage your budgets effectively reporting to senior management as required.
Qualifications:
* RGN / RMN with a current PIN this is essential - candidates will not be considered without this
* Experience of Neurology services - this is a clinical leadership post but you need to retain the ability to step in should circumstances require this.
* DBS Enhanced and ideally already on the continuation service
* At least 3 years experience of working in a similar role ideally within Neurology care
* Knowledge and experience in specialist clinical care NHS / Private Health or in a Care home service is acceptable
* Excellent leadership, communication, empathy and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
