Taking up a new position within our central services, we are seeking a driven PPC Manager to join us as a key driver within our Marketing Team, most recently awarded Digital Marketing Inhouse Team of the Year at the Northern Digital Awards 2024. Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Work Days & Hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The PPC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our paid media strategies to drive performance and achieve our marketing objectives for UKCaravans4Hire. This includes managing a significant advertising budget, overseeing all PPC campaigns, PPC metrics, and utilising data analytics to inform decisions and improve ROI. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to hit the ground running and make your mark within an ambitious, driven team, growing your leadership skills whilst supporting the wider team Your Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive PPC strategies across Google, Bing, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and more, aligning with the company's marketing goals, and overall marketing strategy. Budget Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the advertising budget across all paid media channels to ensure maximum ROI. Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and optimisation of PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation. Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and produce detailed reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations for future strategies. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in PPC and digital advertising, incorporating these insights into strategy development. First and foremost we are interested in those who have the potential to hold these values, as for this position, we ask you to have the following key skills: Experience: Well experienced in a PPC or digital marketing role (preferred), with a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns across multiple channels. Analytical Skills: Strong ability with analytics platforms and Excel, able to interpret complex data and turn insights into action. Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing significant advertising budgets and maximising ROI. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Adaptability: Ability to adapt strategies quickly based on data and changing market conditions. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Although standouts will also have: Certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant digital marketing platforms. Experience with SEO and other aspects of digital marketing to ensure integrated marketing approaches. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Relevant professional certifications in PPC or digital marketing are advantageous.
