Job Description: Children's Team Leader
Salary: £13.40 per hour, with an additional £30.00 sleep-in rate.

Our care involves children aged 8-18 with various Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD), including emotional and behavioral challenges.
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include overseeing daily routines, household duties, transportation, paperwork, and positively impacting the children's lives.

Salary details: Based on full-time shifts (including 8 sleep-ins per month). Benefits include sign-up bonuses, referral bonuses, overtime pay, uncapped sleep-in earnings, disturbance pay, mileage allowance, free meals, and various social and health benefits.
Shift pattern: 16-24 hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a one-on-two or two-on-four basis.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Desirable: 12 months experience in a residential setting
Duties include supporting and caring for young people, encouraging educational engagement, travel, care planning, meal prep, organizing activities, maintaining the home, and liaising with stakeholders.
Support and training are provided through experienced management, dedicated trainers, and a multidisciplinary team.
