Position: General Cover Teacher Location: York, UK Pay Rate: £140 - £180 per day Start Date: Immediate openings About the Role: - Step into various classrooms across subjects when regular teachers are absent. - Utilize strong behaviour management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. - Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to ensure continuity in students' education. - Engage with students and foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. Requirements: - Qualified teacher status (QTS) preferred, but not essential. - Demonstrated experience in managing behaviour effectively in a classroom setting. - Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and follow lesson plans. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Eligibility to work in the UK.
