Join our team as a Sales Representative – Agriculture Parts We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Sales Representative - Agriculture Parts to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a team ensuring our customers and mechanics have the essential parts they need for repairs and maintenance, keeping their operations running smoothly. About the role: Your key responsibilities will include: Identify, source, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. Build strong customer relationships through excellent service. Manage inventory, ensuring stock is organised and the storeroom is well-presented. Answer phones, assist with parts collection/delivery, and maintain a clean, welcoming workspace. Reconcile sales with accuracy and attention to detail. This full-time role is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About you: The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver with a strong customer-centric approach to parts delivery. You are a skilled communicator and a collaborative team player, committed to assisting our customers and mechanics find the part that they require. The ideal candidate will bring: Experience in spare parts sales or a strong eagerness to learn. Exceptional active listening and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. A collaborative approach to working with team members. Previous experience with Pentana-ERAnet is desirable. A current driver’s license is essential, and a forklift license would be an advantage.
