With a strong reputation and partnerships with major system suppliers, they have delivered projects for clients such as Willmott Dixon and Kier. While headquartered in Essex, they undertake projects nationwide, dependent on scale. With a steady turnover of approximately £30m, the company is poised for continued growth, with a robust pipeline already secured with both existing and new clients.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in the Liverpool region. Reporting to company directors, the successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of their projects and serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring project controls are effectively monitored and reported.
Duties:
1. Oversee production activities on-site.
2. Manage contracts valued between £1m and £6m.
3. Report directly to the Construction Director.
4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional business objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
6. Recruit, train, and manage staff to foster a motivated workforce.
7. Identify, quantify, and manage project and business risks within acceptable parameters.
8. Maintain accurate financial performance records for projects.
9. Ensure compliance with safety policies, prioritizing the welfare of staff and subcontractors.
Salary/Benefits
1. Competitive salary: £60,000-£80,000 (depending on skills and experience).

Requirements
1. Proven track record in Project Management (minimum 5 years).
