Job overview
To design face to face IT training packages which support Trust priorities, to agreed specifications, in a timely manner. Packages may be developed as face to face training session, coaching sessions or e-learning packages.
To deliver high quality IT Training packages on Trust wide systems to a wide range of staff groups across the Trust, including clinical, administrative and managerial grades.
Main duties of the job
* To produce high quality training packages which meet identified Trust priorities.
* To deliver effective IT training to small groups of staff in the Trust’s IT training facilities and on a one-to-one basis within the workplace with individual staff.
* To produce guidance in a range of media, including video, animations and quick reference guides on packages to support users in their understanding.
* To provide advice to departments and resolve user queries.

* Eg ECDL pass
