Join our social network platform to explore opportunities in support work and housing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of clients across the area, working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
2. Work from home, the office, and in the community to achieve positive outcomes tailored to each individual's needs.
3. Support clients with complex needs, including housing crises, substance misuse, mental health, ACEs, and offending behaviour.
4. Develop understanding of ACEs and work within a trauma-informed and physiologically informed environment.
5. Enhance relationship-building and partnership skills by collaborating with local agencies such as authorities, charities, education providers, probation, social services, and housing organizations.
Candidate Requirements
* Ability to engage and build strong relationships with people.
* Non-judgemental attitude and understanding of homelessness, substance misuse, family breakdown, domestic abuse, and trauma.
* Resilient and forward-thinking mindset to overcome barriers.
* Calmness and composure in challenging situations.
* Experience in support work or housing, with knowledge of housing options, law, and benefits.
* Full UK driving license and access to a car.
Compensation and Benefits
Additional payment of £79.20 for on-call shifts. Voluntary or on-call shifts are paid at relief rates.
Relief pay rate: £11.55 per hour.
