We are looking to grow our team of Bank Health Care Support Worker (HCSW’s). Working on our bank allows you the flexibility of a zero hours agreement, whilst allowing you to be part of one amazing team. We are looking for HCSW’s who can commit to supporting our service and would be available to work several shifts a week. You will have a choice of preference when booking shifts but will need to be flexible and reallocated to meet the needs of the hospital and to support safe staffing levels.
The role of a Healthcare Support Worker provides personal care whilst working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
To excel in this role you will ideally:
• Have experience in Health Care
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
• Have an eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate documentation.
• Be flexible and willing to work across a variety of wards within DCHFT.
