Day-to-day of the role:Efficiently handle incoming project submissions, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.Maintain regular communication with a diverse range of external stakeholders to address varying project requirements.Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless and integrated project process.Oversee and maintain project pipelines using Excel, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.Track, evaluate, and report on the progress of project objectives to ensure timely completion.Manage and respond to queries and requests for information from stakeholders.Monitor and maintain email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and organisation.Prepare and coordinate correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Assist in drafting and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and quality.Perform internal vetting of clients for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations.Oversee business systems for the collection and recording of project data, ensuring data integrity.Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages as needed.Provide general administrative support to the Head of Department and assist with the overall office administration cycle when required. Required Skills & Qualifications:Two GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, at grades A-C / 9-4.At least 3 years’ experience in an office administration role.Experience working in a customer service or sales environment is desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and an aptitude for learning new software systems.Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on own initiative as well as working well in a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Adept at multi-tasking, organising, and prioritising workload.Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
