Houlton School has an exciting opportunity for a Restorative Justice, Welfare and Safeguarding Manager to join our successful school.
Job Purpose
• To support the Vice Principal in establishing a positive learning culture with entrenched restorative practice in the school and throughout the school’s behaviour systems.
• To lead and manage the resourcing and day to day running of the Refocus Area.
• To lead, track and monitor Early Help processes and targeted family support.
• To be the ADSL and support the Designated Safeguarding Lead with the day-to-day management of safeguarding concerns.
• To support the embedding of the core values of Houlton School.
• To line manage the Pupil Experience team ensuring that the day to day provision is World Class.
To support the welfare of pupils and to work with families to ensure all pupils make excellent progress.
What the school offers its staff
Houlton School is a free school that opened in September 2021 and is set within a combination of fully refurbished Grade II listed buildings as well as brand new, specialist facilities.
You will join us as we welcome our fifth cohort of pupils across Years 7-11 in the first instance. Ultimately, we will have all seven year groups, including Sixth form.
