Customer Team Member
Location: 6-7 Kings Road, St Mawes, TR2 5DH
Pay: £12.30 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: 5 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings at 6am, afternoons, late evenings at 10pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co-op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant—keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support the local community through involvement in activities and events.
