The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, valuations, and business advisory services. They will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to assist with reports and presentations Support the preparation of company valuations and financial forecasts Conduct research and approach target companies for sell-side mandates Assist in running marketing campaigns to promote the corporate finance team Contribute to various other corporate finance-related tasks as needed Candidate Requirements AAT qualified and/or part-qualified ACCA/ACA. Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Sage 50, Xero, or QuickBooks (preferred).
