They are seeking a Sales Director to head up and develop a sales team. The Sales Director will drive growth and market expansion for two UK organisations in the property / property management sector. As the Sales Director you will be responsible for: Sales leadership, leading, mentoring and managing sales teams ensuring high performance Strategic sales planning, executing sales strategies that align with business objectives Client relationship management through strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders Market analysis and business development, identifying new opportunities for growth and staying ahead of industry trends Team development; recruiting, developing and retaining top talent in the sales teams Working closely with senior leadership and the CEO to align sales initiatives with global objectives Skills & experience required: We are looking for a Sales Director with a strong demonstrable background in senior leadership Sector experience, ideally in the property, lettings and property management sector or a relatable industry such as financial services, accountancy, compliance or similar Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business or a related subject, to Masters level would be an advantage Within a daily commutable distance of the Brighton area – this role is office based full time Salary and Benefits: £100,000 salary Generous Bonus Scheme 20 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays plus Birthday off Health and Wellbeing Scheme Life Assurance Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Pension Scheme Exciting time to join – in a period of growth Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
