Job Role: Fleet Car Sales Executive / Local Business Development Manager
Job Location: Near Crawley in West Sussex
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Main Responsibilities:
1. Qualify and identify customer needs, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
2. Discuss renewals with existing customers, obtaining future commitment.
3. Business development and building new and existing relationships.
4. Deliver consistent results through the use of the sales process.
5. Manage an effective follow-up customer system/database.
6. Produce weekly management information, progress, and activity reports.
About You:
You will already be working in a Business Development role within the motor industry and will be very successful in your career. Ideally, you will have experience in Fleet Sales.
You may have previously worked as a Fleet Sales Executive, LBDM, Local Business Development Manager, Corporate Sales Executive, Car Sales, Account Manager, or in a Vehicle Leasing role.
You will need to follow a structured sales process while being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
You must have a valid UK driving licence.
