We’re now looking for a driven, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor and Sales Administrator to join our growing team and be the link between our clients and their bespoke automotive journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Aftersales Advisor and sales administrator, you will be the frontline representative for our customers during and after they take delivery of their Twisted vehicles. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless, enjoyable ownership experience for our clients, maintaining Twisted’s reputation for outstanding customer care. Responsibilities include:
● Customer Support: Provide exceptional after sales support by handling client queries, ensuring swift and efficient resolutions for any concerns or breakdowns, and delivering a premium experience.
● Production Support and Administration: Arrange all transport of customer & stock vehicles inclusive of required paperwork, provide administrative support to the workshop with tasks such as technician timesheets, create sub contractor purchase orders and book in as required.
● Warranty and Insurance Management: Sell and administer our extended warranty policies. Oversee warranty and insurance claim handling, ensuring all processes are handled swiftly, accurately, and in line with our quality standards.
● Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive consistent updates and feel valued throughout the after sales process.
● Sales Administration: Produce accurate invoices for vehicle sales, services and parts, alongside managing vehicle documentation such as registration, service history, and delivery paperwork to ensure compliance and smooth customer transitions.
● Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service bookings, and warranty claims. Ensure that all after sales activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, workshop, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from vehicle purchase to after sales care.
● Service Coordination: Manage and schedule after sales service and MOT appointments, coordinating between customers and our workshop team to ensure timely and effective service.
Key Skills & Experience:
● Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and care.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients in a clear, empathetic manner.
● Organisational Skills: Strong time management and organisational abilities to coordinate multiple service appointments and client requests efficiently.
● Automotive Knowledge: Prior experience within the automotive or after sales sector is essential. A passion for cars, especially bespoke and luxury vehicles, is a huge advantage.
● Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
● Team Player: The ability to work effectively across departments, building relationships with both customers and colleagues.
