Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager
Location: Birmingham
Job Type: Permanent - 2 days office.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + car allowance
JGA are partnered with a leading business that is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the function for a number of key clients, ensuring the team provides a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team in delivering a leading service to several high-volume accounts.
2. Monitor the team and lead on any service improvements.
3. Work with senior stakeholders to implement all new streamlining strategies.
4. Lead on new business improvements.
Requirements:
1. Experience leading a large payroll team.
2. High volume (10,000) payroll processing.
3. Ability to handle multiple complex payrolls.
4. Keen eye for improvements and experienced with improvement projects.
