Full training will be provided – no prior experience required Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively use LinkedIn and company data to identify and source new business leads. Client Demos: Confidently conduct product demos via Microsoft Teams, showcasing the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients. Account Management: Manage relationships from onboarding through to project go-live, including handling messages, emails, and calls to maintain your pipeline. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new and existing partners to foster long-term success. Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying informed on competitor offerings. Partner Training: Deliver comprehensive product training to partners through virtual sessions before their launch. Portal Development: Collaborate with our design team to create custom partner portals and resources. Feedback Management: Arrange feedback sessions with partners and share actionable insights with internal teams. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly reports on partner status directly to the CCO. Process Improvement: Offer input and feedback on enhancing our processes and product offerings. What We’re Looking For: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in virtual settings. Ability to prioritise and manage your workload efficiently. A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and develop. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other communication tools is a plus, but not essential.
