What you will do:
1. Guarantee the team carries out its statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation, ensuring effective communication with adults and their carers.

3. Assist the Team Manager in offering daily leadership and direction, prioritising tasks and effectively managing risks to support team operations.
4. Oversee Care and Support Plans, ensuring all interventions are timely and resources are effectively utilised.
5. Collaborate with divisions and external agencies to deliver a seamless service for adults and their carers.
6. Act as Safeguarding Adults Manager for investigations and lead safeguarding enquiry meetings.
