We are looking for a Customer Assistant to provide exceptional service to our customers in our Nottingham Top Valley Club. The role involves building rapport and relationships with customers, being flexible with tasks, and creating a safer gambling environment.
This is a 12-20 hour contract that is fully flexible over 7 days. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering first-class customer service, have outstanding communication skills, and be confident in challenging the way things are done.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Building rapport and relationships with customers
* Being flexible with tasks across all areas of the Club
* Supporting with other duties as requested by the line manager
* Creating a safer gambling environment
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in delivering first-class customer service
* Outstanding communication skills
* Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
* Confidence in challenging the way things are done
