About The Role
The R&D Tooling & Production Engineer will work on the early development of novel manufacturing methods for augmented reality waveguides. The role involves making significant contributions to both new and existing automation and measurement processes. Collaboration with internal and external teams across various disciplines and global locations is a key aspect of the job, which may require occasional travel. The engineer will work closely with equipment vendors and suppliers to identify and source new components and systems. Assisting in the transfer and dissemination of process knowledge within the company is also a responsibility of this position.
