Project Controller, Cardiff (Hybrid), Key Responsibilities: Ensure effective project controls across all initiatives by implementing standardized processes, methodologies, governance, and providing guidance to the broader project team. Utilize best practices in scheduling to optimize timelines, resolve conflicts, and assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans, while identifying and managing interdependencies between projects. Compile financial and management reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. Support project audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Assist in meeting contractual obligations, including tracking project milestones and managing payment applications. Maintain thorough project documentation, including logs for actions, issues, and risks, as well as document management checklists. Key Requirements: A relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within an international context. Proficient in using MS Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite. Familiarity with ERP systems, financial management, and control processes and tools. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
