As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior HR Advisor to join our team and support our HR functions, helping to enhance the employee experience and contribute to key HR processes on our exciting projects. What We Are Looking For The Junior HR Advisor will provide essential support across all HR-related activities. From assisting with recruitment and onboarding to managing employee relations, you will be a vital part of our HR team, ensuring that both employees and managers receive timely and accurate HR advice. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their HR career in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration & Record-Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and employee changes. Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience. Provide administrative support during performance reviews, appraisals, and training sessions. Employee Relations: Respond to HR-related queries from employees and managers, offering advice on company policies, procedures, and employment law. Assist in managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Promote employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace. Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Assist with conducting new hire inductions and ensuring new employees are properly onboarded. Project Support: Participate in various HR projects, including employee engagement, HR system implementation, and policy development. Contribute to audits and reviews of HR practices to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies. What You'll Need: Experience: Some experience in HR or a related administrative role (internship or part-time roles considered). Understanding of HR policies and basic employment law is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with both employees and managers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR or payroll systems.
