We are seeking a splendid and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic family couple with their diverse portfolio of businesses, encompassing restaurants, properties, and design. This role involves both business and personal support, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied, hands-on role with potential for involvement in projects and business innovation.
This fast-paced role requires agility, flexibility, and a positive working attitude, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to an ever-changing schedule.
Key responsibilities will include:
Executive Support:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Private PA support including handling errands, generating family schedules and maintaining their personal calendars and appointments
Project Involvement:
* Assist in various business projects across the different companies
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelinesare met
* Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making
Marketing, PR and Social Media:
* Support marketing and PR initiatives for various business ventures
* Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to enhance
brand presence
* Assist in organising events and promotional activities
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as an EA or in a similar administrative support role
* Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
* Proactive, assertive and autonomy

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
