Handover Specialist (New Car Handovers) required in Preston, Lancashire
Full time, permanent job working a 5 day week including every other Saturday
8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary £25,950 + bonus with on-target earnings £33,450

What are we looking for:
Someone with experience in a professional working environment with experience in hospitality or customer service;
Someone who holds a full & clean UK driving licence;
Good IT skills;
Good general education, GCSE Maths & English.
The role itself:
Providing customers with an excellent experience when collecting their new car, ensuring they have a full introduction to the vehicle and all specifications - this might be connecting their phone, tuning in their radio, explaining mobile phone charging / wireless charging, explaining even basics like how to access the fuel cap or directions on electric vehicle charging... It will be important that each customer received a tailored experience with clear, polite and professional communication, and that each customer receives a personalised follow-up. You'll need to thrive in a customer-centric environment, be highly motivated, able to work under pressure and have the drive to deliver the very best customer experience at all times.
