Responsibilities:
* Create and gather documentation from files.
* Accurately enter, amend, and update data on relevant systems.
* Respond to enquiries and assist with client queries.
* Reconcile and allocate payments.
* Create reports and process premiums.
* Quality check documentation.
Requirements:
* Ability to analyse key information with a high attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to follow processes and problem-solve.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* A basic understanding of insurance principles.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
