Head of Agri Retail Sales
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated senior sales professional.
We are looking for a strong leader with extensive sales management experience and affinity with the agricultural industry.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing farmer shareholders and country members and leading the sales strategy to reach new customers to support the growth objectives of our business. You will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers and Business Development Managers, whilst also working closely with our Retail Management and Agricultural Procurement teams.
It will also be crucial that you forge strong relationships with our teams of feed nutritionists, and forage experts, working with them to maximise sales opportunities and present a clear ‘whole farm proposition’ to our farming customers.
