Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient interactions, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding their treatment plans and appointments.
2. Coordinate with dental professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
3. Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress.
5. Assist in educating patients about their treatment options, procedures, and financial responsibilities.
6. Maintain an organised office environment to facilitate efficient operations.
7. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall patient experience and address any concerns or queries.
Experience
1. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, particularly within a healthcare or dental environment.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.
4. Proficiency in using office software and managing electronic health records is advantageous.
5. A compassionate approach towards patient care, with the ability to build rapport easily.
