We are looking for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Office Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school office, contributing to the warm, welcoming and efficient atmosphere that supports our school’s mission and values.

Do You Have?
• Experience in clerical work with a strong track record of providing reliable and high-quality support to keep things running smoothly?
• The ability to motivate and bring people together, creating a positive and collaborative team environment?
• A knack for building strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external partners, as well as a passion for promoting inclusion and independence for children?
• Confidence and experience with school Management Information Systems (MIS) and a solid understanding of attendance procedures?
• Excellent communication, IT, and analytical skills to help improve processes and keep everything organised?
