HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Stores Solutions Manager person to join our well-established and expanding Servies and Solutions team based at our branch in Halesowen. About the role: The Hayley Stores Solutions team delivers innovative solutions delivering tangible added value to our MRO customers. These solutions include, Stores design & set-up, Onsite implementation & Operations, VMI solutions, workshop design/installation and other bespoke solutions. As this is a new role, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to introduce their own ideas and initiatives The role will be based at the Services and Solutions Office in Halesowen and will require travel to support all Hayley Dexis branches Working hours: Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities as our Stores Solutions Manager will include: Lead the development strategy of the stores solutions division. Lead the development and enhancement of marketing materials promoting services to internal and external customers. Manage and develop the stores solutions team. Oversee the Project Management of Stores Solutions implementation, including Onsites. Liaise with branches, account managers and Onsite personal to ensure good communication and shared best practice. Manage the supply chain for required products and services. Responsibility for achieving KPI’s which will include sales, profitability and added value targets. Assist in the development of the company’s Added Value Training program. Assist in developing and enhancing a training program for Onsite teams (working with the Hayley Dexis Learning & Development team). Promote and co-ordinate added value initiatives across Onsites. Support Strategic Accounts and account Managers in achieving Onsite objectives. Maintain accurate records of Onsite teams and locations. Monthly reporting of Services and solutions (including Onsites) performance. Promote Stores Solutions to internal & external customer. Skills we're looking for in our Stores Solutions Manager: Experience in a similar role in the MRO or technical distribution industry would be ideal. Good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Comfortable presenting to small groups of people.
