Job Overview:
The role is focused on delivering high-quality payroll and HR services to all employees at Beazley.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete payroll process for all EUR locations and produce necessary reports to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party payroll providers in relevant locations.
* Assist in global payroll processing as Beazley expands into new countries.
* Stay informed on legislative and tax updates, ensuring Beazley follows best practices in this area.
* Regularly update payroll systems, including adding new hires, processing terminations, handling changes in employee terms, and updating banking details.
* Support secondee data management and handle relevant changes (e.g., secondee grids).
* Generate regular and ad-hoc management and payroll reports as required.
* Respond to payroll queries from employees through the shared Culture & People inbox.
* Assist with payroll-related annual processes and earnings statements.
* Help with internal and external payroll audits, Operational Resilience planning, and any other related requests.
* Investigate and process payroll invoices and reports.
* Support the Employment Tax Manager and Payroll team with tax queries and reconciliations.
* Assist with the migration project to switch payroll providers in EUR countries.
