ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the social media strategy, campaigns and influencer activity for the brand, to deliver on business goals that improves brand health and customer satisfaction.Responsible for delivering content based on social content strategies, project plans and performance insights.Working closely with the marketing and content teams, you will ensure social media coverage is used to maximise visibility and engagement across our channels.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Alongside the marketing team and Head of Social, help plan and implement social media marketing campaigns to ensure that social strategies are effective and consistent with the brand campaigns.
* Support the marketing teams in generating new content that will interest our audience across all channels.
* Responsible for scheduling, developing and publishing content across all social media platforms important to the brand.
* Successfully manage the brand reputation by responding to comments on social media for our clients.
* Drive and develop an online community transforming followers into fans into brand ambassadors.
* Develop weekly reports that share KPI performance and opportunities for improvement.
* improve social media and influencer performance, ensuring the plans meet business requirements and achieve agreed budgets.
* Keep up to date with how social media channels are progressing and any new features they offer, ensuring we utilising these features.
* Identify, implement and support the use of appropriate tools, technologies or partners to help improve social media experience and performance.
* Develop and maintain a current knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and competitor activity.
* Ensure content is created to a high standard and be proficient with filming utilising an iPhone or similar device.

* All internal departments, across Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Service, Merchandising, Operations and Pharmacy.
* Any external partners, including social media and influencer providers and any required external consultancy support.

SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY OR ROLE SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 1 years’ experience of working in a Social Media role, ideally in a B2C business.
* Knowledge of Social media platforms and solutions, including META & TikTok.
* A creative mind with exciting ideas for campaigns and strategy.
* Good communication skills, a proactive approach and a “can do” attitude.
* Customer focused.
* Confidence to challenge procedures & suggest new ways of working.
* High attention to detail e.g. proofreading, spelling & grammar.
* Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines.
* Preferable to have a business or marketing degree or qualification but not essential.
* PC literate, especially in MS Office and Google Analytics.
