About you If you’re super-organised, a self-starter and enjoy no two days being the same, this may well be the role for you. As part of the role you will: Welcome visitors to the office efficiently and pleasantly from answering the door, ensuring visitors sign in and arranging refreshments when required. Answer incoming calls, take messages and respond to emails as required Provide administrative support to Central East office & site staff where required inc scanning, binding, photocopying, typing Assist in the recording, distribution and uploading of all subcontract contract documents to Microsoft Teams Collate weekly operative time sheets and ensure holiday records are up to date with payroll Collate monthly expenses and ensuring that these are authorised and issued to accounts on time Manage and maintain stocks of Head Office stationery, and any PPE requirements then GRN invoices on coins purchase ledger Keep mobile phone list and project site lists up to date as and when required Manage internal meeting requirements for all Office staff, replenish meeting room supplies and book record catering where required Provide administration support to regional Bid team where required, with preparing PQQ's and Staff CV's Assist with induction for new employees, including access to people first and mandatory training Provide administration support to Social Impact Manager About the role This is a hands-on administrative and customer support role – internal and external – so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, preferably have previous experience of working in an office environment and proficient on Microsoft office 365 packages.
