Over the past five years, the company has experienced remarkable growth, and this role will contribute to expanding the business further as it solidifies its reputation as a leading contractor.
They are looking for a Junior Project Manager who is able to work with valuations, deal with procurement, resolve issues, and direct further plans for clients, contractors, and subcontractors. You will have direct interaction and liaison with the M&E scopes project, so a technical acumen and experience in client-facing environments, budget control, and report writing experience is key. Some of the projects you will be involved with include R&D, Hydrogen and Battery Test Cells, Powertrains, and HV Substations.
Your role as a Junior Project Manager will include:
1. Home, Office, and Site Based Duties.
2. Ensuring a smooth running of projects with consistent liaison across various functions.
3. Direct involvement with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and business personnel is key.
4. Various works across all RIBA Stages.
The Successful Junior Project Manager will need:
1. Degree Educated or Time Served Engineer.
2. A passion for expanding the business & growth opportunities.
3. Open to travelling to sites around the country.
4. Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
