Job Description This role will be instrumental to helping move Williams F1 Racing team into a new innovative era for our content productions. The remit covers comprehensive production and shoot management, seeing long and short form projects from early ideation, through to shooting and ultimately final delivery. You will have multiple opportunities to own content projects as the Producer and Director bringing your ideas to life. There will also be a requirement to shoot and edit content occasionally as you adapt to various production scenarios and scales across race weekends globally and back home in the UK at our HQ in Grove. This role is key contributor and fundamental addition to the growing content department as we look to expand out our in-house creative and production capabilities. You will be extremely comfortable leading projects and key communications whilst regularly contributing new concepts and features to all areas of the business alongside the Senior Content Producer. New and engaging features across our platforms, innovative ideation around races to best-in-class concepts for our partners. New approaches for capturing these opportunities with new technologies and trends is also essential. Main Duties: Confidently manage productions around key talent and stakeholders Confidently manage communications and establish clear actions within a fast-moving, high-pressure sporting environment Have regular opportunities to direct projects creatively, from social shoots to larger productions Have an understanding and experience of effective social, branded and commercial content Support the planning, development and delivery of creative film concepts for social media use on a weekly basis. Work alongside the team’s retained creators, including but not limited to; car launches, brand campaigns, partner activations and events. Implement a consistent style and tone of voice across all video content produced by Williams, in conjunction with the brand, content and social objectives, to align with the wider marketing strategy Collaborate with Creative, Communications and Marketing teams to plan and develop engaging content to increase value and meet business and brand objectives. Challenge and seek to continuously improve processes, procedures and protocols related to video and content production at Williams. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions and think logically even in tight turnaround, high-pressure situations Manage competing demands and handle various projects at different stages in the production lifecycle concurrently Driving creativity of projects contributing to everything from initial ideation to storyboards, scripting and so on Excels working in a wider team but also thrives when working autonomously to meet project needs Represent the content team on a variety of race weekends with quality and confidence Contribute to learnings and understanding of content performance relevant to platform. Qualifications and Experience Level: At least three years of industry experience delivering best in class creative video content, ideally in a sporting environment if not F1 itself Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different departments and driving projects forward Experience of marketing or motorsports industry is highly desirable but not essential Professional, creative ideation presentation abilities. Experience with video shooting and editing highly desirable Experience with stills photography an advantage but not essential.
