We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the helm as Care Home & Village Manager at Highfield Lifecare in scenic Timaru. We are seeking a motivated people leader to be responsible for the overall operation and management of our care home, including the provision of quality care and financial management. You will provide effective leadership, commercial acumen, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.
Skills & Experience
8. Demonstrate strong leadership and management experience, ideally in aged care or with transferable skills from related industries.
9. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
10. Sound commercial acumen and financial management capabilities, coupled with proficiency in decision-making and problem-solving.
11. Experience in implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement, with a passion for excellence and innovation.
12. A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
