National Account Manager – UK Market Join a fast-growing, sustainable beauty brand revolutionizing skincare with natural ingredients and innovative formulations. We are seeking a National Account Manager to drive growth across Pureplay platforms and retail accounts in the UK. Required Skills Lead and support the brand’s growth across major online and offline accounts in the UK market. Partner with the General Manager to shape and implement account strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Analyse business data and trends to develop commercial strategies, identifying opportunities to optimise sell-in and sell-out performance. Provide accurate forecasting and commercial reporting to maintain actionable business insights. Maximise brand presence by securing prime store space and locations while elevating the overall brand image. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, leveraging account insights to drive business growth and ROI. Conduct regular store visits, independently or with the field sales team, to oversee execution and maintain brand standards. Monitor and report on competitor activities and performance trends within assigned accounts. Deliver projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager or Commercial Director. Experience Requirements Proven experience working with UK Beauty e-commerce platforms (experience with Boots is a plus). Expertise in planning, analysis, and reporting, with strong P&L and budget management skills. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver impactful insights and proposals. A proactive mindset with a strong sense of individual accountability and the ability to work autonomously. Demonstrates adaptability and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
