We are seeking Build Assurance Engineers to join our team in Cumbria. Job Title: Build Assurance Engineer Location: Cumbria GB, Site based Role Summary: As a Build Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all build activities related to Full Fibre Network deployment, ensuring that network build is completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with supply partners to ensure they meet Fibrus build specifications, compliance with PIA, Health Safety regulations, Environmental guidelines and comply with Streetworks legislation. The Job Role: Ensuring that our build partner complies with Fibrus specifications and consistently delivers high-quality work. Performing site audits and overseeing the resolution of any defects, to meet required quality standards. Monitoring of site operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and NRSWA requirements. Managing build governance throughout the project lifecycle, including design deviation assessments, build measures and validations (both physical and system based), As-Builts, SPO evidence, and network commissioning. Ensure construction maps are regularly updated to reflect actuals and manage build partner accordingly to close out discrepancies Conducting regular joint site inspections, joint measurements, and defect assessments to verify adherence to build specifications. Identifying and communicating risks related to the build and associated activities to the Build Manager.
