Overview

Compass Associates is currently working with one of the UK’s leading children’s national providers providing therapy-led care enabling young people to grow and prosper throughout their lives. Together we’re looking for a Children’s Registered Manager to overlook a five-bed home with an educational provision in Newmarket.

As the Registered Manager you’ll be part of the multi-disciplinary team where you’ll transform the lives of children through the delivery of your service. Our on-site staff clinical team will include a wide range of processionals who will work with the children to support their transitions into adulthood.

As a Registered Manager you’ll develop comprehensive care plans, develop a fantastic team, develop systems to consult our children about the care they receive, assign a key worker to each young person, maintain high standards, handle complaints and concerns, collaborate with stakeholders, participate in meetings, embrace a safe culture and have effective commercial management of your home.


Work Pattern

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
