An established manufacturing company based in Tyseley requires an experienced administrator.
Your new role
This is a varied role working in a fast-paced manufacturing business.
Your main responsibility will be to support the purchase and sales functions, providing excellent administrative processes and excellent customer service.
Key duties include:
* Communicating with customers: handling all customer and supplier queries via email and phone
* Processing sales orders
* Booking in deliveries and process purchase invoices
* Data entry
* General office administration and answering phone calls to the office.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in an administration role, ideally in the manufacturing industry
* Good IT skills including experience of using in-house systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong ability to work in a fast-paced role
* Confidence working in a varied role where priorities can change
* Ability to learn and open to change
* Ad-hoc administration tasks
Hours:
* 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
