Job description
In recent years DfT�s Digital Service team has implemented a range of innovative services, using the latest technology and methods.� All our services are cloud-hosted, with high user satisfaction rates. We are proud of what we have achieved and as we continue to develop and grow, you can too.�
We are looking for a project delivery resource manager to help us co-ordinate and manage the resources cross our portfolio of digital projects.

�Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Provide advice, guidance, and challenge for project delivery resource requirements at different stages of the project life cycle.�
2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with project and programme leads to identify resource gaps.
3. Co-ordinate & track project delivery resource requirements through project lifecycle
4. Develop mechanisms for allocating internal resources across programmes and projects.�
5. Provide secretariat support including first point of contact and inbox management.
6. Produce and maintain analytics on resourcing �

Person specification
About you:
The person we are looking for should be friendly, organised, self motivated, forward thinking and able to work with others in a collaborative way in a very busy Portfolio Management Office (PMO).
Additional Information:
A minimum of 60% of your working time should be spent at your principal workplace, although requirements to attend other locations for official business, or carry out detached duty in another DfT workplace, will also count towards this level of attendance.�
Occasional travel to other DfT offices may be required.
