We are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join our client on a 3 month temporary contract from May until end of July (no holiday must be taken during this period)
Hours of work: Monday to Saturday 7.30am-4.30pm (Must be able to work these 6 days per week)
We require someone with a proactive nature.
Must have experience in a similar facilities position.
Experience of carrying out minor building repairs such as plumbing and basic electrics
Liaise with any contractors
Painting and decorating skills
Able to carry out manual handling duties such as moving furniture if/when needed
Handling the recycling duties for the building
Ability to look after the car park which may include communicating with people to move cars if not in correct space.
