Job summary We are looking for a practice nurse to join our clinical team to work at both our main surgery site and our branch surgery. This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of a practice nurse who has been a member of our team for in excess of 20 years. We are a rural practice with 4 partner GP and Nurse Training traditional practice, with a full compliment of clinicians working over both sites. Main duties of the job We are looking for a practice nurse who has gained practice nurse experience and is able to work independently within the team. Chronic Disease management knowledge would be an advantage however, we are willing to assist with training should the right candidate be interested in this post.
