Our Role This is a fixed term maternity cover role. The Senior CRM Manager role sits at the heart of the marketing team managing our CRM activity across the UK, EU, ROW & US. There are clear objectives to drive forward customer revenues and incrementality which is a priority measure for the Operating Board. All elements of the role require managing relationships with senior stakeholders as well as excellent commercial acumen and analytical skills. This is a career defining role and a key business hire. Whilst traditional email & brochure activity have always been key to our success, we are now in the process of defining and delivering our CRM vision of relevance. This includes clearly defining our KPIs (i.e. repeat purchase rates / frequency etc), building out customer journeys (i.e. 1 st to 2 nd purchase) and delivering the right message / via the right channel (i.e. more than just email and brochure). We are also beginning to build out a new loyalty proposition, and youll be front and centre. What youll be doing Report into the Head of CRM & Performance Marketing and be the strategic lead for CRM & Loyalty across the business Manage a team of 4 heads, with the view to expanding capability Manage the Email and Brochure teams and influence the customer marketing strategy across our other performance channels (i.e. Paid Social / Search / Affiliates) Lead the strategy for CRM across our multi-category product range Work closely with the Insights & Analytics team to incorporate relevance into lifecycle campaigns Produce clear plans for how well build campaigns / projects in order to drive relevance Communicate with key internal stakeholders as we add additional depth.
